Welcome
to Busch and Busch, LLP, a full service law firm founded in 1927 in New
Brunswick, New Jersey. The firm includes Malcolm, Ronald and Bertram Busch, sons
of Lewis D. Busch, founder of the firm, Mark and Leonard Busch, sons of Henry
Busch, who practiced from 1936 until 1998, and Steven Satz.
Lewis D. Busch died in 1986 after spending 60 years at the Bar. His
grandson, Gregory Busch, joined the firm in 2003. Allison Busch, his
granddaughter, joined us in 2004. Henry
Busch died in 2000.

Our
Attorneys:
Malcolm Busch
received his A.B. in 1955 from Rutgers University and his LL.B in 1958
from Yale University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Order
of the Coif. His
areas of concentration include Estate Planning and Administration, Commercial Transactions, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate and
Leases.

Ronald
Busch graduated from Rutgers University in 1960 and received his LL.B from
Vanderbilt University in 1964. He specializes in Personal Injury Matters, Criminal Law, Adoption and Family
Law.

Bertram Busch
received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard in 1962 and his LL.B from
Yale University in 1965. He was
East Brunswick Township Attorney from 1974 to 1994 and South Brunswick
Township Attorney from 1997 to 2001. He has been attorney for the Monroe Township
Board of Education since 1973 and also specializes in Insurance Defense,
Library Law and
Civil Litigation.
Mark
Busch is a 1964 graduate of Rutgers University and received his J.D. from
Boston University in 1967. He has a special interest in Computer Law
in addition to specializing in Real Estate, Zoning, Commercial and
Insurance Law. He has published software for use by law firms.

Leonard Busch received his
undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1968 and his J.D. from Boston
University in 1971. He has served on
many Matrimonial Law-related committees and focuses exclusively on Divorce, Custody,
and other aspects of Family Law.

Steven Satz graduated from
Franklin & Marshall College in 1976 and received his J.D. from Rutgers
University in 1980. He is a
former Deputy Attorney General and is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as
a Civil Trial Attorney. He specializes in Personal Injury, Civil
Litigation and Insurance Defense.
Gregory Busch is a 1993 graduate of Lehigh University. His
J.D. is from Rutgers University, 1997. He joined Busch and Busch, LLP in
October 2003. His practice includes labor and employment law, personal
injury, insurance defense, products liability, mass torts, trust and estate
litigation, homeowner association transition litigation, professional
malpractice, and consumer fraud.

Allison Busch received her B.A., cum
laude, from Tufts
University in 1991 and her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1996.
She is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars. She specializes in Estate
Planning, Elder Law and Guardianship. Prior to joining Busch and Busch,
Allison practiced Elder Law in New York City at Freedman and Fish, LLP. She is the
author of: "The Impact of Welfare Reform on the Elderly of New York City,"
Representing the Elderly Client of Modest Means, Practising Law Institute, 1997.
